Our October meeting came and passed. We had nominations for club officers and they are as follows:

President - Bob Nocero, W4KBW
Vice President - Neil Johnson, N4SI
Secretary/Treasurer - Sandy Gau, KG4THA
Director of Engineering - William Caldwell, KD4JYD

I would like to personally thank Marc, K5NO and his wife Harriet for handling the Secretary/Treasurer duties the in the past. Marc was nominated for the position and respectfully declined.

I also thank John Oriel for his duties as Director of Engineering. He has had his priorities change of late and had expressed his decision for not continuing the position.

Since there are no officers that are running opposed, we made it official to have them take office after the November meeting.

Our web page has been moved over to a new server, but for the most part, nothing has changed that you can see. Ralph Betts had done a good job and thanks go out to him.

There isn't much more on the repeater other than the antenna is now in our possession. The repeaters are still being tweaked. Only time will tell.

Not much more than that for now. We WILL have a meeting on November 26th, the eve of Thanksgiving.

Well, 73 for now and keep our bands alive by using them.
